HIP HOP STEP STL 

Class Description: Welcome to a vibrant Hip Hop Step class designed for adults of every size and skill level! Energize your cardio workout with the latest Hip Hop and R&B beats, led by the dynamic Instructor Carmellena. Become part of the Hip Hop Step STL community and feel the rhythm move you.

Our sessions cater to all fitness paces, offering beginner, medium, and fast levels to match your comfort and challenge you just right. Experience the thrill of our special features: Xtreme Hip Hop and Xtreme Burn, crafted to elevate your workout intensity.

​

Each class is thoughtfully structured with stretching, warm-up, detailed step breakdowns, cardio stepping, full-body cardio routines with or without a step board, and a calming cool down to complete your session.

​

Don't forget to bring your water bottle to stay refreshed and hydrated throughout the workout!

CLASS PAYMENT: Only accepting payment options cash app, zelle, venmo or pay cash in studio. If bringing Cash, Please bring exact cash, we can not always break bills for payment.

STEP BOARDS: We provide Short Beginner Basic Boards. Boards are limited. Please sign up and select if you need a board or bringing my own board. If you arrive late after 8:00am we will not hold your board it will be given to the next person signed up. Please arrive on time for your board.
